I have been on a smoothie kick lately. They are such an easy breakfast when you have crunched on time and they have been keeping full until lunch time. I love putting avocados in them as it makes the smoothie that much more creamier and delicious!
Berries are great to eat everyday because of their high antioxidants, but eating too many means for quite a bit carbs. When shopping for frozen berries, make sure there is no added sugar in the bag or look for sugar-free to limit the amount of carbs consumed.
Yields 1 serving of Keto Triple Berry Smoothie
The Preparation
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 100 gram frozen berries
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 40 gram spinach
- 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
The Execution
1. Measure out and prepare all the ingredients.
2. Put all of the ingredients into a blender. Mix until everything is combined and smooth.
3. Pour in glasses and top with extra berries if desired. Enjoy!
