This salad is an excellent side dish for summer events like BBQ’s and picnics or lazy summer dinners with family and friends. You can also prepare it for work lunches and potlucks.

Spicy Avocado Salad

The hot sauce gives the salad a nice kick, but you can omit it from the recipe if it’s not your thing. This easy salad has several opportunities for substitution; you can swap out the cilantro for dill or cherry tomatoes. For the dressing, you can use lemon juice instead of lime.
