Keto Asian Turkey & Green Bean Stir Fry

Keto Recipes > Keto Dinner Recipes

This is a deliciously easy recipe that combines savory ground turkey with crisp green beans in a tangy, Asian-inspired sauce. With its blend of aromatic garlic, ginger, and soy sauce, the stir fry delivers a burst of flavor while remaining simple to prepare. Perfect for busy evenings, this recipe provides a quick, wholesome meal that doesn’t compromise on taste or nutritional value.

If you’re not a fan of coconut flavor, you can use expeller pressed coconut oil or just sub it out for avocado oil. For a chili garlic paste, look for sambal olek in your grocery store – you should be able to find some in the Asian aisle. While you can use sriracha, sambal olek typically has fewer carbs and a bit more chili flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

Yields 4 servings of Keto Asian Turkey & Green Bean Stir Fry

The Preparation

  • 16 ounce green beans, washed and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated or minced
  • 16 ounce ground turkey
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce, or coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic paste

The Execution

1. Gather and prep all of your ingredients.

2. Add coconut oil to a pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add in the green beans and season with salt and pepper to taste. Sautee green beans until cooked through but still crisp, stirring often, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan, reserving any oil, and set aside.

3. In the same pan, add in the sesame oil, garlic, and ginger over medium heat. Cook until garlic and ginger are fragrant, about 1 minute.

4. Add in the ground turkey, breaking apart with a wooden spoon, and allow to lightly brown. Once turkey is beginning to brown, add in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili garlic paste. Stir together well, allowing the sauce to reduce for 1-2 minutes.

5. Add the green beans back in, allowing them to heat through.

6. Remove from the pan and serve immediately. Enjoy!
