The Preparation
- 2 ounce bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 large eggs
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoon chives, diced

1. Gather and prep all of your ingredients.
2. Divide the bacon between 2 ramekins and place in the air fryer. Air fry at 400F for 7-10 minutes until crisp.
