The Preparation

- 4 ounce cream cheese
- 4 tablespoon ranch dressing
- 20 ounce cauliflower rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 24 ounce boneless + skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
