Rodney’s son writes, “After losing his father much too young my father struggled with his weight and couldn’t ever seem to find anything that effectively helped him lose the weight and keep it off. Then my dad found the KETO/LCHF diet in April of this year and it has changed both his life and my whole family’s as well. As a father of 5, with an age range of 18 months to 23 years, it can be very hard to put yourself first and be dedicated. He gets up at 4:00 in the morning to get in his workouts and plan his meals. He is a stay at home dad with the two smallest kids, a 3 year old and an 18 month old.
My dad found your recipes and they were a huge hit! He has gone from 268- 220 lbs and he is just beginning! I am so thankful this lifestyle has given me my dad back and I know he will live a long and healthy life because of awesome people like yourself who give people like him the tools to have a fighting chance to take their lives back.”
