Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounce cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon allulose
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 1 ounce vanilla whey protein powder
  • ¼ cup low-carb chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Gather and prep all ingredients.
  • Add the cottage cheese and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • In a bowl, combine the allulose, almond flour, and protein powder.
  • Pour the whipped cottage cheese into the dry ingredients and mix together well.
  • Once combined, fold in the chocolate chips until well distributed.
  • Serve and enjoy! You can refrigerate this in an airtight container for up to a week.
