Measure out and prepare all the ingredients. Preheat oven to 400F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rinse off the brussel sprouts then chop them in half.
Add the brussel sprouts to a bowl and add in the olive oil and sea salt. Toss to combine well.
Move the seasoned brussel sprouts to the parchment lined baking sheet.
Cut the kielbasa into slices then cut in half.
Add the kielbasa to the baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
