Raspberry Brie Grilled Waffles

The Waffles ½ cup almond flour 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal ⅓ cup coconut milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 large eggs 2 tablespoons Swerve 7 drops liquid Stevia The Filling ½ cup raspberries Zest of ½ lemon 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon Swerve 3 ounces double cream brie
Mix together all waffle ingredients and then cook on a waffle iron. While warm, lay slices of brie across waffles.
