Ingredients
  

  • Salmon:
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon full-fat plain greek yogurt
  • 24 ounce salmon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Broccoli:
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 16 ounce broccoli
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium lemon

Instructions
 

  • Measure out and prepare all ingredients. Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Rinse and chop broccoli.
  • In a bowl, combine pesto, mayonnaise, and greek yogurt. Stir until combined well.
  • Roast broccoli on baking sheet for 10 minutes. Take out of oven.
  • Move broccoli around on baking sheet and add salmon filets with the pesto sauce on top.
  • Roast in the oven for 15 minutes together.
  • Plate the salmon and broccoli. Squeeze lemon juice oveer salmon and broccoli
