- 1 Cup xylitol
- 4 drops peppermint extract or quality, food-grade essential oil
Instructions
- Melt xylitol in pan over low heat to 300o
- Cool to 275o and add peppermint oil
- Spread on parchment and dry thoroughly, up to 24 hours
- Break into serving sized pieces
