Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
Over medium heat, add butter to a pan. Cook the pork chops on the stove for about 8 - 10 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove pork chops from pan and keep warm.
Add the minced garlic and minced rosemary to the pan and fry until fragrant. Mix well.
Turn off the stove and stir in the heavy whipping cream. Once it starts to get a gravy texture, remove from pan and set in a bowl.
Turn the stove back on medium heat. Add the olive oil to the pan along with the green beans, thinly sliced garlic, and chicken stock.
Stir well to combine. Let this cook for about 10 minutes with the lid on. Remove lid and cook for another 5 or so minutes.
Plate the pork chops and green beans. Drizzle with the gravy. Enjoy!
