6 ounces field greens 1 pound feta cheese chopped 2 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon minced garlic 2 pounds shrimp ½ medium onion chopped 2 medium red peppers sliced 3 teaspoons olive oil 5 teaspoons sugar-free maple syrup 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice
