Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup flaxseed meal
  • 7 large eggs
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all your dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Start adding your garlic and 2 eggs at a time, mixing with a hand mixer to get a dough type of consistency.
  • Add your olive oil last, mixing it well until everything is combined. The more aerrated the batter becomes, the more "fluffy" your bread will become.
  • Put all your ingredients into a greased 9x9 baking pan, smooth out with a spatula.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from the greased baking pan.
  • Cut into squares and cut the squares in half. Add whatever you'd like to the middle!
