1 cup almond flour 1 cup flaxseed meal 7 large eggs ¼ cup olive oil 1 ½ tablespoons baking powder 2 teaspoons minced garlic 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon rosemary 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
Preheat your oven to 350F.
In a mixing bowl, combine all your dry ingredients and mix well.
Start adding your garlic and 2 eggs at a time, mixing with a hand mixer to get a dough type of consistency.
Add your olive oil last, mixing it well until everything is combined. The more aerrated the batter becomes, the more "fluffy" your bread will become.
Put all your ingredients into a greased 9x9 baking pan, smooth out with a spatula.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from the greased baking pan.
Cut into squares and cut the squares in half. Add whatever you'd like to the middle!
