- 1 lb. Ground Chicken
- 4 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
- 2 Spring Onions
- ⅓ Yellow Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Erythritol
- 1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 2 tsp. Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp. Chili Paste
- 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
- ¼ tsp. Cayenne
- ¼ tsp. Paprika
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
Heat 2 tsp. sesame oil on medium-high heat in a pan.
Brown ground chicken, then add all other ingredients. Mix well and continue cooking.
Once everything is cooked, add 2 chopped spring onions and 1/3 sliced yellow pepper.
