Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground Chicken
  • 4 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Erythritol
  • 1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp. Chili Paste
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • ¼ tsp. Cayenne
  • ¼ tsp. Paprika
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime

Instructions
 

  • Heat 2 tsp. sesame oil on medium-high heat in a pan.
  • Brown ground chicken, then add all other ingredients. Mix well and continue cooking.
  • Once everything is cooked, add 2 chopped spring onions and 1/3 sliced yellow pepper.
