Add your egg and mix well until a sticky dough forms.
Bring your oil to 375F on the stove. If you don't have a thermometer, you can drop a small piece of dough it to see when the oil it ready. If it's ready, the dough will begin to fry immediately.
Drop your dough balls in 4 at a time.
Brown on one side and flip to the other, about 4 minutes in total.
Remove from pan, rest on paper towels, and continue to fry the rest.
In a small remekin, combine lemon juice and erythritol until a smooth icing is formed.
