  • 4 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon allulose or your preferred sweetener to taste
  • 1 ounce mixed frozen berries

Instructions
 

  • Gather and prep all of your ingredients.
  • Add heavy cream and sweetener into the yogurt and stir together well.
  • Top with berries and enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat. Feel free to place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes prior to eating for a chilled treat!
