½ cup heavy cream 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 scoop ~1 ounce vanilla protein powder* ½ cup strawberries sliced ¼ cup chia seeds 2 tablespoons erythritol 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon lemon juice pinch of salt * If using unflavored protein powder you can add in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and sweeten to taste.
