Ingredients
  

Savory Pancake:

  • ½ cup heavy cream room temperature
  • 6 large eggs room temperature
  • 2 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoon unflavored whey protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter for the pan

Filling:

  • 6 ounce sliced deli ham chopped
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoon green onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • Gather and prep all of the ingredients. Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Add all ingredients for the savory pancake (except for the butter) to a blender.
  • Blend for 60-90 seconds to fully combine and aerate the mixture.
  • Place the butter in an oven-proof pan over medium heat. Once the butter is melted and sizzling, remove the pan from the heat and add in the batter.
  • Place the pan in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pancake is fluffy and browned. The center should be just set.
  • These pancakes can rise non-uniformly and will deflate some once taken out of the oven.
  • Once you remove the pancake from the oven, top with the toppings and garnish with green onion. Serve and enjoy!
