Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups coffee strong and fresh brewed
  • 1 cup coconut milk from the carton
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice blend recipe here
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 15 drops liquid Stevia

Instructions
 

  • Heat pumpkin, milk, butter, and spices over medium-low heat. Once bubbling, add 2 cups of strong coffee and mix together.
  • Take off of the stove, add cream and stevia, then use an immersion blender to mix together.
  • Top with whipped cream and enjoy.
