  • ¾ cup greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream
  • ½ ounce vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts roughly chopped

Instructions
 

  • Gather and prep all of your ingredients.
  • Add heavy cream and protein powder to the yogurt.
  • Stir together well until no clumps remain. If using unflavored or unsweetened protein powder, sweeten to taste.
  • Sprinkle chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, and walnuts over the top. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat!
