Sauce:

Instructions
Measure out and prepare all the ingredients.
In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the chaffles: mozzarella cheese, eggs, red cabbage, and minced garlic.
In a waffle maker, make the chaffles.
In a separate bowl, mix together the sauce by combining mayonnaise, dijon mustard, soy sauce, and erythritol. Stir to combine well.
Drizzle the sauce on top of the chaffles, garnish with green onions, and season with furikake. Enjoy!
