Ingredients
  

Chaffles:

  • 2 ounce mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large egg
  • 140 gram red cabbage shredded
  • 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
  • 1 medium green onion for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon furikake for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Measure out and prepare all the ingredients.
  • In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the chaffles: mozzarella cheese, eggs, red cabbage, and minced garlic.
  • In a waffle maker, make the chaffles.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the sauce by combining mayonnaise, dijon mustard, soy sauce, and erythritol. Stir to combine well.
  • Drizzle the sauce on top of the chaffles, garnish with green onions, and season with furikake. Enjoy!
