Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 30 grams low carb protein powder
  • ½ medium avocado
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 6 medium fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened toasted coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Measure out and prepare all of the ingredients.
  • In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the coconut flakes.
  • Pulse the blender until you achieve desired consistency or until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass.
  • Top the green smoothie with toasted coconut flakes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
