  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 ounce unflavored protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ ounce espresso ~2 shots
  • 7 drops liquid stevia

Instructions
 

  • Gather and prep all ingredients.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a saucepan over low heat.
  • Whisk together all of the ingredients until incorporated and no lumps are present.
  • Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
