Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon full-fat plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 large hard-boiled egg chopped
  • 8 slice cooked bacon crumbled
  • ½ medium avocado sliced
  • ½ cup blue cheese
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon fresh chives chopped

Instructions
 

  • Measure out and prepare all the ingredients.
  • In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, greek yogurt, and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine well.
  • In a bowl, mix together the chopped hard-boiled eggs, crumbled bacon, sliced avocados, cherry tomatoes, and blue cheese.
  • Stir in the dressing into the salad bowl.
  • Plate, season with the chopped chives and enjoy!
