Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium celery stalk chopped
  • ½ small red onion diced
  • 8 ounce canned sardines in olive oil drained
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ¼ medium lemon juice and zest
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium cucumber thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Gather and prep all of your ingredients.
  • Add all of the ingredients (except for the cucumber) to a bowl.
  • Mix everything together well, tasting and seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Scoop the mixture onto the sliced cucumber.
  • Save in an airtight container, or serve immediately. Enjoy!
