  • 16 ounce rotisserie chicken
  • 7 ounce green cabbage
  • ½ medium onion
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Gather and prep all ingredients.
  • Carve the rotisserie chicken, and put on a plate.
  • Slice the cabbage and red onion into thin strips and place in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice, then mix together well with the cabbage and onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the cabbage mix on the plate with the chicken and enjoy.
