- 3 large eggs room temperature
- ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 slices bacon
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Crispy Bacon
Preheat your oven to 350 F
Lay the bacon on a cookie sheet and place into oven once it’s heated.
Wait 10-15 minutes until crispy, and remove. THAT’S IT.
Perfect Scrambled Eggs
Make sure your eggs are room temp.
Add cream in with eggs and whisk eggs LIGHTLY to ensure better texture
Heat your pan on medium low heat, and once the butter has melted, add eggs.
DO NOT STIR until everything is properly set. The less stirring the better
Stir lightly with a spatula in a figure-8 pattern, as little as possible to ensure the eggs are cooked.
Remove from pan when slightly runny. They will continue to cook on the pan. Add salt and pepper, and eat.
