Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs room temperature
  • cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 slices bacon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

Crispy Bacon

  • Preheat your oven to 350 F
  • Lay the bacon on a cookie sheet and place into oven once it’s heated.
  • Wait 10-15 minutes until crispy, and remove. THAT’S IT.

Perfect Scrambled Eggs

  • Make sure your eggs are room temp.
  • Add cream in with eggs and whisk eggs LIGHTLY to ensure better texture
  • Heat your pan on medium low heat, and once the butter has melted, add eggs.
  • DO NOT STIR until everything is properly set. The less stirring the better
  • Stir lightly with a spatula in a figure-8 pattern, as little as possible to ensure the eggs are cooked.
  • Remove from pan when slightly runny. They will continue to cook on the pan. Add salt and pepper, and eat.
