Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350F. Prepare ingredients as needed.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients.
Pulse together until smooth, for about 30-45 seconds in total. Try not to overmix as the final product will become cakey if you do.
Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and bake for 25 minutes or until the edges begin to separate from the side.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes. Slice into squares and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
