Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 4 tablespoon butter melted
  • 4 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup erythritol/stevia blend
  • cup cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350F. Prepare ingredients as needed.
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients.
  • Pulse together until smooth, for about 30-45 seconds in total. Try not to overmix as the final product will become cakey if you do.
  • Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and bake for 25 minutes or until the edges begin to separate from the side.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes. Slice into squares and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
