Measure out and prepare all ingredients. Dice the onion.
Cook the bacon on both sides until the slices are crispy. Place the cooked bacon on a paper towel and set aside.
With the bacon fat in the pan, add the diced onion. Cook the onion until translucent.
Add the garlic to the pan. Mix together well.
Add white wine to the pan and cook until half the wine is absorbed.
Add heavy cream to the pan and bring it to a boil. Once boiled, lower the heat to low.
Add the parmesan cheese into the pan. Stir until combined well and cook until sauce starts to get thick, about 1-3 minutes.
Add the spiralized zucchini to the pan and toss everything together well. Season with salt and pepper.
Chop the bacon into bite sized pieces. Put the zoodles in a bowl and top with bacon pieces and parmesan cheese.
