Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lb. Ground Beef 80/20
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • ½ tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • ½ tsp. Onion powder
  • 3 tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • 3 tbsp. Flaxseed Meal
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Olives sliced
  • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Mix meat together with all of the ingredients and form into meatballs. Lay on a foil covered cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 16-20 minutes or until desired done-ness is reached.
  • Serve over spinach with drizzled fat from the pan over it.
