Equipment

  • 1 quart-sized mason jar

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound macadamia nuts
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol

Instructions
 

  • Add 1lb. of macadamia nuts to your food processor and get them grinding.
  • As they grind, scrape the sides down to make sure everything continues to grind evenly.
  • After about 10 minutes of grinding, they will start to turn creamy.
  • Add your coconut oil and eryhtritol to the creamy macadamia nuts and continue to process them.
  • Once everything is combined and at the consistency you want, put it into a container and store in the fridge.
