Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium vine tomatoes halved, ~9 ounce
  • ¾ medium onion roughly chopped
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium jalapeno seeds and stem removed
  • 3 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Gather and prep all ingredients.
  • Add ingredients to a food processor.
  • Pulse until desired consistency is reached.
  • Serve with your favorite snacks or as a condiment in a main dish!
