  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Flavor

  • 2 tablespoons shredded white cheddar
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon green chile
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Microwave for 70 seconds on high (power level 10).
  • Lightly slam cup against plate to take the mug cake out. Add extra cheese and some black pepper, then serve!
