2 ounces feta cubed 15 grams sun-dried tomatoes diced ¼ teaspoon dried basil ¼ teaspoon dried oregano ¼ teaspoon garlic powder 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons lemon juice 4 cups spring mix leafy greens 1 ounce slivered almonds Salt and pepper to taste
Combine the cubed feta, sun dried tomatoes, herbs, and 2/3 of the olive oil.
Toss gently to coat the feta in the herbs and oil.
Allow the feta to marinate while you wash and prep your greens and almonds, about five minutes.
In a large bowl, or two small bowls, plate your greens and top with the marinated feta and slivered almonds.
