Ingredients
  

  • 3 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 3 slice turkey bacon
  • ¼ medium avocado
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Measure out and prepare all of the ingredients. Cut the avocado into slices.
  • Crack the eggs in a bowl. Whisk the eggs together.
  • In a frying pan over medium heat, add the eggs. Cook them for about 4 - 5 minutes or until the eggs are scrambled to your liking.
  • Transfer the scrambled eggs to a bowl.
  • Fry the turkey bacon to your liking.
  • Transfer the turkey bacon and avocado slices to your bowl. Season with salt and pepper, serve, and enjoy!
