- 8 large eggs hard-boiled
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoon erythritol
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon celery seed or coriander if preferred
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Gather and prep all of your ingredients.

Add eggs into a jar, then cover with the pickling liquid.
