Double Peanut Butter Balls

- 2 tablespoons homemade peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons homemade almond butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1 ½ teaspoons erythritol
- 4 drops liquid Stevia
Measure out your peanut butter and almond butter and add to a ramekin.
Add butter, heavy cream, erythritol and stevia.
Mix well until combined (leave chunks of butter).
Put in the freezer for 20-40 minutes until the consistency you want is found.
Eat as is, or roll into 4 balls. Garnish with peanuts and sprigs of mint.
