Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of cauliflower grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Grate your cauliflower.
  • Heat oil over medium to high heat
  • Cook egg if using, remove from heat
  • Add vegetables, meat, and spices. Cook to desired tenderness.
  • Add cauliflower and soy sauce for color. Combine well.
  • Remove from heat and serve!
