Add coconut milk, almond milk, almond butter, vanilla extract, erythritol, walnuts, & dark chocolate to the blender. Blend until very smooth. Leave some dark chocolate and almond butter for topping.
Pour into glasses. Top with extra grated dark chocolate and almond butter.
