  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoon heavy cream

  • Gather and prep all of your ingredients.
  • In a bowl, add all of the ingredients.
  • Mix everything together well, making sure there are no lumps.
  • Eat immediately or refrigerate until ready. Optionally garnish with peanuts and chopped low-carb chocolate. Enjoy!
