Ingredients
  

  • cup coconut flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 large eggs
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green onion
  • 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400F. Mix together the coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs and butter.
  • Mix the eggs with the flour, ensuring there are no lumps. Fold in the cheese and green onion.
  • Drop spoons of the batter onto a greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly browned. Brush melted butter over the top when removing from the oven.
  • Cool before serving.
