Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk from the carton
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 tbsp. Butter browned
  • 2 tbsp. Vodka
  • 2 tsp. Butterscotch Flavoring
  • 25 drops Liquid Stevia
  • 2 tbsp. Erythritol
  • ½ tsp. Xanthan Gum
  • 1 tsp. Flaked Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Brown butter over low heat until a dark amber color.
  • Add all ingredients to a container and use an immersion blender to blend together.
  • Add to ice cream machine and follow manufacturers instructions.
