Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk from the carton
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • 5 tbsp. Butter
  • ¼ cup Pecans crushed
  • 25 drops Liquid Stevia
  • ¼ tsp. Xanthan Gum

Instructions
 

  • Brown butter on low heat until an amber color.
  • Add cream, stevia, and pecans and stir until combined together.
  • Whisk coconut milk and xanthan gum into brown butter mixture, then place in ice cream machine.
  • Follow manufacturers instructions for ice cream machine.
