Preheat oven to 350F.
Cut 6 slices of bacon into chunks and put them in the pan to cook.
Combine all crust ingredients and knead into a ball. Press dough into an 11x7 casserole dish.
Bake for 20 minutes and remove. You don't want the crust to be cooked all the way, as it will continue cooking when we add the fillings.
Once bacon is finished, remove it to paper towels to cool. Add green peppers and garlic to the same pan, and sautee.
In a container, add eggs, cheese, Mrs. Dash, salt, pepper, bacon, green peppers, and garlic. You can add all the bacon fat into this also.
Mix the egg mixture well, then pour into the crust.
Bake again for 15-18 minutes and then remove to cool. Optional: Broil quiche for 3-5 minutes before taking out of the oven.
